Compact-Cristallizator from Rasch
At ProSweets in Cologne the Wilhelm Rasch GmbH & Co. KG, based in Cologne, introduced the new Rasch Compact-Cristallizator
type R2C which can handle chocolate masses without inclusions.
Compared to other tempering units, it offers a bigger cooling surface and a second cooling level for optimal tempering results and a complete heat exchange within the chocolate itself. During handling, this leads to a better mass viscosity. The closed warmwater circuit with a circulating pump guarantees a quick water distribution within the tempering system. The integrated chocolate pump is up to approved Rasch technology and design reflects modern hygienic standard. The conveying distance for piping systems is up to 5 m. Moreover, there is an option to heat small tanks within
the warmwater circuit. Warm water connections for e.g. tanks or further pinping on demand. Integration of a heat exchange system is planned as an additional option. The reqiured space for the compact cristallizator is very small: 1 x 1 x 1 m means it is very compact. The capacity is 50 to 200 kg/h.
